National Strategy
National Strategy on Sea Defences Flooding and Coastal Erosion
The Department has committed to working in conjunction with the Council of Minister's Environment and Infrastructure sub-committee to bring a National Strategy on Sea Defences, Flooding and Coastal Erosion. The strategy has been completed, assessing both flooding and coastal erosion on the Isle of Man to provide combined site assessments in addition to a prioritised list of sites at greatest risk (see below).
